Social kind of day.

Normal start to the day up and out with Stanley then home do some stretching exercises then have breakfast.
Then it was time to get ready to meet my friend Sarah for a catch up and a spot of lunch, nice food and good chat. Then we say goodbye and I head to the hairdressers for my usual brow wax and tint, hair cut and blow dried.
