Long border

Busy baking today, but I had time for a bit of gardening. The border is looking very full now, and I love the ribbon of red Monbretia. Totally unplanned of course!
This evening we counted bats, coming out of the apex of the barn. Over 100! Probably Soprano Pipistrelles, and very good to have them.
