Back in Hospital Again

I didn't have a very good night and this morning I was very dizzy and had a lot of pain in the chest and onto the back. I rang my GP. No doctor could see me today. The nurse phoned and she was concerned seeing I have a pacemaker. She told me to call the ambulance and get checked out by them. They seen to think my heart was okay but were worried about the shortness of breath. They advised I go into hospital to get checked out.

I think the chest X-ray was okay. All the heart tests seem good. But they are worried about my shortness of breath and dizziness. I was transferred to the medical team and they are keeping me in overnight to do more tests. 

No eye operation on Monday. I cancelled it first thing this morning when I was feeling unwell.
