Broadband

Played a bowls match today while R went to Pilates and Sean the electrician worked on various jobs in the house. Sean had to turn off the electrical supply at one point, and when he turned it on again, within about 15 minutes the broadband went down, and that has remained the case despite calls to BT etc.
Makes you realise how dependent we are now on having internet access, particularly in an area like this where 4G is weak to the point of useless.
BT say it is the hub and are sending another one. I am not convinced and think we need an engineer but we shall see
