Busy bee 7:15am. On the lavender.

It was already a warm morning when I went up the garden first thing..
The bees buzzing in the lavender.
Raindrops sparking on the Cocosmia and Hostas from last nights showers.
I’ve had my breakfast and will shortly be going for my usual walk. Stephen is meeting up with an old work colleague for a longer walk in Sutton Park.
I’m going early as it’s forecast some rain this afternoon.

This is for my own records about my progress.
I have done just under 1.5miles, (with a coffee stop after a mile) on my circular walk this morning. For the first time on my own and without a crutch!
I felt elated when I got back to the car!
The first part, just under a mile, took me 35 mins, which was good for me for the first time.
I was walking a little more quickly on the shorter walk back to the car, after my large cappuccino!
