Riverside Park…..

After the storm….. The Council staff and contractors have done a wonderful job of cleaning the silt and debris off the boardwalks, paths, steps and environs after the recent flood. It was a pleasure to visit the area this morning.
A lovely sunny day and a busy one. Visits to the library and various shops. I took Ruby to the Art Society to visit the Pastel Group. She was so excited to meet everyone and had a big fuss made of her.. I visited the special exhibition of Māori arts and craft in the abutting galleries. Exhibit of traditional works and also contemporary items mainly from Motueka and environs. Absolutely stunning. I was blown away. Worthy of exhibiting nationally. We have so much talent in our Motu.
