And the Sun came out!

On our annual holiday in Mid Wales.

One of our favourite places to go is Ynislas, a beach where you can park the car (on the beach) and walk around the headland that separates the Dovey Estuary from the sea. There you fins a large sandy beach, with scattered rockpools, and warm water in pools left behing by the retreating tide. Just over the estuary, almost walkable, is Aberdovey.

The kids love the beach, and Ruby especially loves the sea. Here she is jumping waves. I thought this was reminiscent of the guy on the Skegness adverts (albeit on a different coast!) where it is all "So Bracing!". Fortunately this day was the first of the warm days...perfect for this sort of thing. :)
