Burg Windeck

My friend Isa and I are spending this weekend hiking in the Black Forest. Today, we drove to Bühlertal and walked to Burg Windeck and back. A four-hour hike on a hot afternoon - unpleasant in the vineyards, but very nice in the forest. The Burg has a lovely restaurant, where we enjoyed coffee and (huge slices of) cake on the terrace, overlooking the Rhine valley all the way to France, before walking back to our hotel.
