Plumbago

... of the white variety. In the little finca in Andalucia we grew hedges of blue/purple coloured Plumbago which loves hot, arid conditions. In our garden in southern England it has also had optimal conditions this year and is flourishing in full sunshine on the patio.

It's been another beautiful summer's day today, albeit humid as rain clouds move in for showers overnight. The grandies are super excited about the school holidays and their upcoming travel to Italy and France, all five of them, with both sets of parents. We will miss them (for a few weeks at least!). But in their absence we grandparents have our own plans!
