Hoverfly on hebe

I walked up to the Atrium this morning to do a stock take of my cards in the stand before the café closes for the summer. The rest of the day was spent in the craft room, getting myself organised for a few weeks of solid production before it re-opens.

If I tell you that I started printing some cards which I will hopefully be selling in large quantities in November and December, I hope you get my drift without my having to mention that particular word in July. (Aren’t I considerate!)

Thunderstorms are forecast for the latter part of the night and throughout tomorrow, some of them heavy. I have a dread of thunderstorms so I’m working hard on practising my deep breathing and relaxation techniques. I should learn from this hoverfly, who was happily exploring the hebe flowers, seemingly without a care in the world.
