2nd chance....not out!

This evening was the second part of our two part oriental cookery class which I nearly didn't go to after last week's miscommunication on timing! But after a very long an extremely long phone conversation from the director of affairs we decided to go again and we did have a lovely evening this week. We made Crispy Duck, Egg Fried Rice and Spring Rolls with a lovely dipping sauce. Annie was in heaven making the spring rolls and the Duck is absolutely delicious. The kitchen is also rather Fab!

Hmmm...... who shall we invite around for dinner tomorrow to help us eat all this scrumptious nosh?! ;-)
