The park was unusually quiet when we went to the bowls club this afternoon. Mr W had a semi-final knockout match to play. He came a distant second - his opponent was simply too good on the day.
My sister is more stable but the underlying condition remains. Surgery is the main treatment but is almost certainly not an option for her. We're hoping to visit her on Sunday.
