Donation

Scrapped bike ride plans when I woke up this morning and the weather was a bit on the wrong side of crap.

Went for a swim and booked an appointment to go and give blood instead. Obviously when I came out the blood donor place it was bordering on the right side of great-bike-ride-conditions weatherwise - oh the irony!

Went home and watched The Tour de France, made cinnamon buns and took it easy in the park with my book instead. As Friday evenings go, really pretty nice. No complaints.
