Happy 'birth'day Rowan

Today I got a new niece in law. Here she is, Rowan Emily. Her family live down in London so we haven't had chance to meet her yet. We must organise a weekend down there soon.

Other daily news (not quite as impressive than a newborn though). Did you know that you lose 2 calories everytime you sneeze (or fart). We worked out today at work that by eleven o'clock I had sneezed enough times to eat a malted milk (cow biscuit). I refrained though.
