EXHAUSTION

When did I become the person who does it all?I'd like to go back there and stop it from happening. There are not enough hours in the day and not enough of me to go around. it's not that I expect perfection, just a little help. The problem is, everyone knows that if they don't do it, I eventually will. Now I have more work added. I need some help. I pray for some help, but I don't see any forthcoming. I love my family and I guess I do too much either out of frustration or guilt. HELP ME!!!!!!
