The long weekend is on sight

Osteo appointment first thing and he told me that my hamstrings were very responsive which was good, then prepared to "free up" the joints in my neck, 3 loud clicks later it was all over..!

Back to work at home rather than waste half day travelling in and got all the work bits done. Also got some baking for the camp trip done - Lemon drizzle and choc muffins.

Tri to Costco and ASDA with Helen and we got all the provisions for the next 5 days, came home and had time to whip up these lemon butterfly cakes, sadly two wouldn't fit inThe tin so I had to eat them...
