Gravelling

…on a track of my small model railway. 

The gravel is made from the original material that is used for the Austrian railroads, ground to meet the 1:87 scale. Then wait for two days to dry.

After having spread the gravel in between the rails superfluous grains (marked by arrows) are removed from the sleepers (one by one by a small brush) a special glueing liquid is poured on the track.

The procedure is training one’s patience.
