Strenuous afternoon

Storm bullied Alice until she put her laptop down to make space for him. Dogs don’t need words to communicate their wishes.

I visited a friend on my walk home from town and turned up looking like a drowned rat after getting caught in a downpour. Having short hair has been a bonus in the hot weather and for drying off quickly.

The dogs don’t like the rain so have been happy to doze the day away.
