I had to deliver a presentation to my colleagues at work today; something I'm actually starting to enjoy doing.  (Never expected that!)  It went really well and I had a lot of nice feedback from various people afterwards.  Made some good progress with something else (related) that I'm working on, too.

We received the quote from Kyle today (who came yesterday) - all looking fairly reasonable, thankfully.
