River of Flowers

Saturday: Leek Flower Head

The second load of washing done yesterday was put outside to dry this morning, everything brought in at lunchtime because forecast was for rain - there were a few spots and sky was overcast but we saw no rain during the day.

MrD was pottering in his shed for most of the morning and I potted on some of my plants into larger pots, evicting snails which thought they’d found a handy hiding place!

I had a lazy afternoon watching “McCloud’s Daughters” on the Roku channel - I’ve watched this series many years ago and just fancied seeing Australia on TV again. Watching “Bookish” this evening on NowTV.

Today’s Blip is of the only surviving Leek from last winter, it’s made a beautiful flower head which I hope will get pollinated by the bees and make some seeds for me!

Loads of love and hugs to all my family / Cariad Mawr
