Small White

Another unexpected warm and sunny day. There were loads of white butterflies in the garden this morning, we only usually see Orange tip and Green veined white but today only one Green veined while the rest were large and small white. I am sure they are attracted to the amount of brassicas I grow.
Small White is the main photo and Large white is the extra I think.

Tonight we had cauliflower salad using an Ottolenghi recipe and the first cauliflower from the garden. I am trying to harvest before the caterpillars hatch. I left the plants in the ground with it's leaves for them.
