Had another trip to Bassenthwaite early this morning.  I hadn't planned to go but last night when I took the two Tess's out I discovered that the leads were missing.  I searched everywhere for them and had a feeling that I'd put them on the ground by the car whilst I dried the dogs after being in the water.  My Tess's collar was also with them.  I really thought that somebody would have placed them on a gate or left them somewhere visible.  Alas there was no sign of them.  My mobile no is on the collar so was hoping that somebody would text me to say the collar and leads had been found.  I'm so annoyed with myself ... one of the leads has great sentimental value.  

Anyhow as you can see the Tess's had another paddle in the lake and the two other dogs in my blip we also met yesterday.  The dogs' owners live in walking distance to the lake.  How good is that!  Afterwards did another short walk a few miles away ... another in extras of them looking like bookends!
