More practice needed.

       I had, recently, totally forgotten my 600mm mirror Lens.  I'd also forgotten it's manual focussing - SO - I'd guesstimate a wee bit more practice might be advisable?
      This is a mediocre version of the Valerian Seed I tried for the other day.  It sort of reminds me of a Sea Anemone, a Hydra or a Crinoid; can't decide?
