Kingly goings on

My day has been completely ruined by the rain. I was supposed to be cutting the grass and building the stage for next week. I can’t build the stage until I’ve cut the grass and I can’t cut the grass when it’s really wet ( well I could but it’s not a good idea ).

Luckily there are several other things that I was able to do and fingers crossed for slightly better weather tomorrow.

As there is a Tudor day next door ( the Church ) I popped over for 5 minutes to say hello and met King Henry VIII. I thought he was supposed to be taller and fatter..
