Taking a moment…

.. to listen to the dropping of raindrops from the trees after a heavy cloudburst.
Spent most of the day indoors, which doesn’t sit well with me.
It was another craft fair day with multiple journeys!
“ Remind me why I do this!!!” were my first words when I got there.
A gentleman( I won’t call him little old man… but he was) from Barnsley in Yorkshire came by with his daughter.
He was delighted with his purchase of a felted picture in a tin.
He was a collector of tins, like me, and had never seen them used for art work.
The wording on the inside of the lid was ‘ you are my’ and there was a felted ‘sun’ in the other half. He bought it for his wife.
He was so sweet but I couldn’t get a word in!!!
Then promptly forgot to take any photo to remind myself of it as I was quite sad to see it go!!
