Rare Hare Day

Off to The Clocktower this morning for my bacon roll, and excellent it was too, with a double helping of bacon. It’s a quirky place in the grounds of Auchincruive, opened only two years ago, and obviously owned by someone with an artistic eye.

This fella was hanging from the wall opposite my table. Why the monacle? Is it some sort of in joke or something I’m unaware of?

It’s been another decent day although I was really tired this afternoon and slept for over three hours! Disgraceful!
