Still Giving Life
'Still life' in Portuguese is natureza morta, literally 'dead nature', which I guess both the grapes we harvested yesterday and my poor, heat scorched roses, are. But still life giving.
Gratefuls:
- Mike finishing the garden extension before Jaime's sheep (who arrived on the Land today) could eat our pomegranates, figs and lemon tree
- our Support Group praying for us this morning, so encouraging they are
- everyone arriving safely at our church's youth camp in Wales, including our entire family apart from us; Eden looked thrilled to be sitting in their tent, with a book, of course, next to her cousins' tent
