Shade

Our neighbours were telling us of the delights of a store called The Range. We had attempted to visit the Reigate branch yesterday, but decided we just wanted to get home, so today, when the rain stopped, we jumped into the car and headed to Woking.

It's good to see that Homebase lives on, and The Range definitely had lots of things to see. I think we spent around two hours just looking. We wanted to get an idea of what the materials cost will be to paint the deck and the rails. Shopping over here is completely different to shopping in Dubai!

We went on to do a food shop before getting back to the Lodge. Guildford had far more rain than we did. Phew. Today, I finally replaced the GU10 light bulbs. I'd watched someone do them a few years ago and knew they needed some skill. By the third bulb, I figured out how the latch works. I am amazed at how many different bulbs this tiny home requires. It's insane.

Sadly, we missed the Albury Produce Show, which went ahead in bright sunlight. I hope it was well attended.
