Bee And Knapweed

When I set off for a walk this morning it was grey and misty - so I threw a waterproof (the pack up sort) into my camera bag…30 minutes later the sun was shining and I was very hot! 

The bright light enhanced this bee on a knapweed flower. Plenty of flowers and buds about - and lots of flies/bees on them.

It didn’t rain while I was out..but that looks about to change again!!

We are off to collect the granddaughters later today and have them staying for a couple of nights - coincides with daughter’s night shifts and obviously no school now to keep the kids ‘occupied’ while she sleeps!

Let’s hope the weather obliges and we can get out to exercise them…
