Familiar Scent

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

Biker Chick arrived to stay today for a couple of days. It’s good to see her but a stark reminder of the toll her treatment has taken.

Murphy was hyper. He absolutely adores Biker Chick. She was staying when he came to live with us so he’s beside himself whenever he sees her. He doesn’t even notice that she looks different because she still smells exactly the same to him.

I was about to say something profound/that sounds like I’m a tw@t about we should all be more like Murphy but then he also sits in front of her barking for attention. There are no valid reasons for skipping cuddle duty!
