Head On
Before we went away last weekend I cut back the flowers such as astrantia, astilbe, bistort and polemonium which are likely to have a second go around. Here is a hoverfly enjoying one of the
polemonium (Jacob's Ladder) flowers I must have missed. The new buds are already growing. The garden is crawling with bees, hoverflies, moths, butterflies and all sorts of other creatures.
This morning I was at a 90 minute upper back and shoulder yoga workshop. The movements were quite small but quite intense. Everyone got very hot. I've signed up for another class tonight though this one will be online. It's not till 8:30 pm - 45 minutes of bedtime yoga.
I'm enjoying a day to potter about in the garden harvesting courgettes and runner beans. There's a busy week coming up and a day of pleasing myself is a treat.
