Back ache is back

My dreaded back problem returned today with a vengeance! It actually came on yesterday afternoon but I didn’t really start to feel it until bedtime.

L and I volunteered at junior parkrun then we had uncle K and the brats come visit before I had a ten pin bowling doubles league match with the FiL. I really should have cancelled but it would mean forfeiting the match.

I stubbornly played and we won 6-2. I hit a 517 series for 3 games but paying the price for it this evening.

Can hardly move!

Hopefully it shifts quickly.

My sisters birthday today. She’s off on holiday tomorrow.
