Captain Jack

Perfect timing after yesterday’s Tall Ships. We popped over to Jen folks this afternoon. They were back from a couple of weeks away (one in London/Surry and one in North Wales). They brought back some gifts including a Lego figure for us all. Kara got a Jessie (Toy Story) keyring, I got Captain Jack and Jen got a London guard.

The Pirates of the Caribbean films just remind me of the later stages of Jen’s pregnancy with Kara. We watched one each weekend (not much going on during Covid). Enjoyed them but quickly noticed the trend of the picture getting darker and the sound going from quiet to loud without warning. One of them we couldn’t even watch during the day because it was too bright through the window and the film was too dark!
