Our grandson who went to Fairford sent me some of his photos today. This one, a screengrab from a video, needs no further explanation! The highlight here today was the most rain we have had for months. Not all at once but in a series of rain pulses. Not yet enough, though, to fill any of our water butts. I had an afternoon/evening voluntary shift in town. It is interesting to see how everyone has adapted to the long term full closure of our direct route into town.
