Rain again, and Thunder

Today we actually had the promised thunder, with the heavy downpours, for most of the day.  Only 10.6mm all day, but when it did rain . . .
 
I tried to capture the rain drops with flash, but the built in flash with the baby camera was not powerful enough in daylight.  The best I got was zoomed in a bit looking at a neighbour’s gutter overflowing.
 
Roast chicken tonight, washed down with a nice Chianti.  A half-finished dinner was my backup photo, but you’ve been spared that.
