After a migraine yesterday I was feeling tired this morning so had a bit of a lie in and a lazy start to the day. As I am well into my training plan now for the Great North Run I forced myself out for a gentle run which was quite enjoyable. Humid though. 
Later we had some rain and a short thunder storm, which has cleared the air a bit.
