Eskdale

This is Dalegarth Station for Boot.  Boot is the hamlet to the right of this photo.  This train has just arrived and the only person you can just see is alighting from the first carriage.  Where are those waiting on the platform-there are in Photoshop land!  Yes I removed them to concentrate on the railway; there were families waiting to board.  Photoshop has a remove tool that allows you to remove distractions, in particular wire/cables and people in 'one go.' I have given a mono version with people included.  Tourist attraction now, but a slice of industrial heritage
