Time to wake up?

Rain was forecast but it didn't arrive so a nice sunny walk. Big stroll around AH. Stood chatting to Richard the gardener . His little dog has died at only 2 years old . Poor thing had bone cancer. So sad. Robbie made a big fuss of Richard which seemed to cheer him up. We've had Rob only 2 months but already are so attached to him we'd been distressed if anything happened to him

A relaxing afternoon begins going to the Dr's fir a BP check up. Arrived early on purpose to sit calmly and keep the pulse rate low but the waiting room was incredibly hot. After 10 minutes my cheeks were burning and I got up and moved to another area in an effort to cool down . 
I got to see Lauren who was lovely and very reassuring!  
My BP is still high but much lower than 2 weeks ago which she said was very positive.  I was able to tell her all my concerns and she was very encouraging..
I came out feeling quite teary with relief and feeling more positive . I m sure I'll be less anxious next time

Back home to snuggles with Rob..an ideal way to reduce stress.
