Pentland Hills

Back blip
A longer than normal Friday as I am working a 2 day week. A bit cloudier today, rain is expected later on in the day. A nice walk around the park is short as I am am a bit busy at work. In the park, the grass, because of the mainly dry and hot weather looks a bit like wheat.

After work, we walk to Mortonhall. There are occasional puddles to walk around as the weather, especially overnight, has been a bit wet. We have Friday afternoon coffee and cake at the garden centre café. Very quiet in the café. We then walk around looking at some plants before heading home.Blip is taken from the bus stop.

The rain arrives a wee bit later than forecast, after tea. Twin 2 is out for his regular Friday evening drinks. Hope he has got a coat.
