Ross's geese

Today I was at Castle Espie for a bit of pond dipping :-). I was there for a couple of hours, but it was really quiet, so there weren't very many takers unfortunately. I think the rain had everyone staying at home. Today's blip is of the Ross's geese in the collection - and a lone Red Breasted goose who wanted in on the photo!!
Tomorrow we're going out for lunch with my brother - it's his 60th birthday.
