Encaustic painting

At last the weather is getting a bit cooler. I am absolutely no good in this humid hot weather.....

Another painting found while tidying up...
I very much enjoyed doing these encaustic paintings...

Midnight is still sleeping on the swing... he won't sleeping in doors this hot weather in fact won't even come indoors...Merlin doesn't like being indoors much either and sleeps on top of the cover I made for on top of the Rose arch. It doesn't have roses on it, but it's where I hang the recycle bags away from the badgers and to stop them getting wet. I put a cover on.... and Merlin thinks it's his sleeping place...

Time to go to sleep now...
