Very early - Derwentwater

Forecast was for rain from about 11. Deb wanted to get in a run, so we left at similar times (just after 6) and I went to the west shores of Derwentwater - Started at Hawes end and walked down to the Brandelhow jetties.

Super, calm conditions with a little mist, provided a few good photo opportunities, but the walk was a little marred by passing groups of "fly-campers" on the shores of the lake. Camping is not allowed by the lake, and there were two groups of three tents, with rubbish already strewn around them. Really makes my so sad to see people disrespecting the area like this.
