I've had such a good day!

I met the artist, Cathy and another one, Christopher, both of whom will appear on Sky Arts Landscape artist of the year 2026, in the Jubilee woods.

Regulars will know how much  I enjoy Landscape Artist. Chris told me that the warning to never meet your heros is true as Ms Soriano was aloof and very important. Tai-Shan, however was very engaging and a delight.

I have decided to book one of Cathy's courses. 

Despite getting caught in a 10 minute downpour and losing Hetty's lead, I enjoyed my walk.

The afternoon has been spent gardening. I've come in for a sit down but shall go out again later.

Still very warm and still in need of a really good spell of rain.

In the evening, we got engrossed on the Ladies Football.
