Lonely Hearts Club Band

I took advantage of a cloudy day to clear the ditch that runs alongside the lane and made a start on cutting the low box hedging that separates the kitchen garden from the (future) rose garden. My blip today is of another heirloom tomato variety in the greenhouse. This is Sgt. Pepper's, a superb heart shaped tomato that I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to grow a slightly different tomato. We ate these two for lunch. Its named after the Beatles iconic eight album.
