Strutting

Another fun day.

The original plan was to have a day at Slimbridge but Rory was feeling a bit under the weather so we decided to pop over to the Cotswold Wildlife Park which is much nearer for us. In the event it took us almost as long as the Slimbridge trip might have been as we had to make a long detour after finding the roundabout at Burford was closed. Rory was OK - he managed to eat a large portion of loaded chips at lunchtime, and then had some of Joe's leftover chips too.

I got quite a few nice images - giraffes, zebras, rhinos, otters, wolves. The animals at the park are mostly quite accessible, for photography anyway. 

The peacock was my favourite though. Looks better large.

What was the best bit boys? The train!!

In other news I had a walk down to the shop with Rory in the morning as we thought a bit of fresh air would do him some good. We had a nice chat about school things. I was shocked to hear that BODMAS is now BIDMAS! What! Nobody told me this.
