Tegg’s Nose…

… I was part of a walking party today.
We gently walked and did all manner of ‘nature activities’.. (That sentence doesn’t read well). I should have said, ‘we made a nature scrapbook’.

We had a lovely time, ate our picnics in the rain and got soaked and dried a couple of times. But, it wasn’t cold and it’s always good to be out in the fresh air.

My big regret was that having been given some lovely chocolate and oat traybake yesterday, I took a piece with me, for my picnic (there was a bread crisis at Anima Towers, my failing, don’t ask). Anyway, as I took my first bite I was nudged and it all fell into the mud! A helpful person offered ‘five second rule?’, but I draw the line at mud.
So I had even fewer calories than expected!
