A trip to Salford to see Unframed, a brilliant exhibition exploring the stories behind some of the great portraits from the National Portrait Museum. Huge screens, multi media shows, excellent! And then on to the Manchester city centre for a wander around the Northern Quarter. Afflecks is amazing!
