Hoverfly

Yet another warm humid day.
Reduced numbers at Keepfit today but we were still made to work hard. 
Shopping done, a bit more than intended but that will mean less next week.
Freezer defrosted and sorted, not my favourite job.
Some cycling watched, though not very much - but it was exciting.
A bit of gardening,, it's generally in reasonable shape though some jobs can't be done for a couple of months. Spotted the hoverflies on the Scabious.
