Walter Parks played with Taj Majal for ten years touring the world. He's seen here in Blip Extras "Hollerin'" into Taj's beat-up old Guild. Saw him this morning giving a talk about his music and music emanating from the Okefenokee Swamp in Georgia. This "hollerin' was a way to communicate over distances. He also talked about Irish, Scottish. and African influences to southern blues and country music in general. He's a treasure.
