Coffee with My Friend

After a heavy frost we had a sunny day with around 11c. There was a cool wind at times. 

First thing this morning I had a haircut. Afterwards I meet my friend at the cafe next to the hairdressers. It was lovely meeting up with her. We chatted for ages and decided we would meet up again next week to see a New Zealand film. 

This afternoon I had xray on my neck and spine. Hopefully I will get a appointment with a orthopedic specialist at Burwood hospital. I have been turned down twice with Neurosurgery at the Christchurch Public hospital about my numbness in my legs and the cramping of my hands. Told to have physio which I have been having and things had gone worse, not better.
